Lovely by Lela is committed to giving love back. We love our world, our animals, our children and the people in this world we all share. That is why we are committed to giving love back! You will see that we have selected products that give back 20% of the total sale to a specific charity that is associated with that purchase. You can see what charity your purchase will give back to by viewing the highlighted symbol and the description associated with your item. We pride ourselves in bringing high quality products to our customers and strive to give the best customer service. Orders/Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Standard Shipping usually take 5-7 business days. Our jewelry are designed and cut especially for you. Shipping times will vary accordingly: 7-10 days for sterling silver; 10-14 days for gold plated. At this time we cannot deliver to our international friends.

Inaccurate Order Policy

If Lovely by Lela is responsible for a mistake in your order, please email us at orders@lovelybylela.com and we will quickly correct the problem and ensure that you are not charged for the mistake. Inaccurate orders must be reported within 10 days of receipt of purchase for refund/exchange.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature and hand-made designs of some of our products, custom or personalized orders are final sale. All stationery and invitations are final sale. Unused and unopened products (non-custom or personalized) can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Credit will be given via the same payment method upon receipt and inspection of the products. Credit is not issued for shipping.

Product Warranty

If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please email us right away to correct the mistake. You must simply notify Customer service via email at orders@lovelybylela.com within 10 days of receipt of purchase to receive credit or replacement. We do not warrant against slight variations in the size, shape or printing of the piece as each piece is handmade. 

Back Ordered Items

If we are out of stock of a personalized item, the order will be backed-ordered and shipped when ready.
