How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping usually take 5-7 business days after processing.

Does stationery and invitations have a logo or copy on them?

All our paper goods, including invitations, have a very small "lovelybylela.com".

Do you take international orders?

At this time we cannot deliver to our international friends.

Do you have a local brick and mortar shop?

At this time we are an online shop only. 

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the custom nature and hand-made designs of some of our products, custom or personalized orders are final sale. All stationery and invitations are final sale. Unused and unopened products (non-custom or personalized) can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Credit will be given via the same payment method upon receipt and inspection of the products. Credit is not issued for shipping.

Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed it is in our system automatically and cannot be cancelled.
